Challenge and Solution.
Tenants in coworking spaces often have their own agendas, commonly resulting in scheduling miscommunications. This was a challenge Laatbloeien also experienced, causing them to look for a solution that offered a centralised reservation schedule accessible to everyone.
Laatbloeien wanted their coworking community to thrive both online and offline. They wanted to help their members connect and collaborate from anywhere.
By implementing Bisner Workplace in their buildings, Laatbloeien now has full control of their two locations. In addition to having a user-friendly booking system, Laatbloeien provided every meeting room with our Room Display feature, ensuring everyone can immediately see a room’s availability and remaining meeting time.
Within a short period of time, more than 300 active members have joined Laatbloeien’s new online community platform. With Bisner Community, their entire community is kept up-to-date on important information. Members can easily find like-minded people, promote events and connect with each other.
