Challenge and Solution.

Briggs strives to provide their tenants with the best full-service offices possible. They wanted to take their offices to the next level and create value for their tenants by creating an engaged online community.

They were looking for a room booking solution, accessible on all devices, to further improve their offices. Additionally, Briggs was searching for a community tool that would allow fast information sharing, as well as let tenants connect and build relationships.

After implementing Bisner’s software, Briggs was able to utilise booking credits and ensure fair meeting room access. They now have an integrated reservation schedule available to all their members.

In addition, Briggs uses the all-in-one platform to manage operations in and around their Utrecht-based building. Their tenants can easily submit and see the progress of service maintenance requests via their smartphones.

With over 300 joined members, Briggs has successfully used Bisner’s community platform to offer a valuable communication tool to their tenants. Now, Briggs is able to quickly inform members of any important updates and news, as well as share upcoming events.
